Stage 1
The Wheel is then placed in a chemical tank to totally remove then existing finish.

Stage 2
The wheel is then pressure washed with a dilutant so as to naturalise the chemical and Dried.

Stage 3
Imperfections such as kerb scuffing and scratching are then removed and dressed  accordingly

Stage 4
Next the wheel goes into our shot blasting cabinet to remove any corrosion and to clean the surface for the primer application

ATTENTION!!

Stage 5
The wheel is now powder coated and heated to around 180°C.

Stage 6
The silver or chosen colour coats including special effect silvers  such as power or black chrome are applied.

Stage 7
A  clear powder coat lacquer is applied  to enhance and protect the finish, and this is again heated to 180c .

Stage 8
The tyre is refitted and balanced accordingly.
